STILL A CUSTOMER!!! TO: Mr. Wes Taber, Manager I just wanted to write and let you know just how much I appreciate Service Manager Scott Suitor. I have been a Honda of Greeley customer given that 2002, and there are times when I've not been happy with the service I have received there. Nevertheless, since Scott came on board I've been very pleased with my treatment inside the service department. I discover Scott to be polite, extremely customer service oriented, and honest. I can count on his word. If he gives me an estimate, I know that it is accurate and I won't get any surprises when I come to pick up my car. Scott is the reason I am still a customer of Honda of Greeley. I also wish to put in an excellent word for Tom, the shuttle driver. He is usually extremely professional and courteous, and I've utilized his services several times when I've come to get my car worked on.
