STILL A CUSTOMER!!! TO: Mr. Wes Taber, Manager I just wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciate Service Manager Scott Suitor. I have been a Honda of Greeley customer because 2002, and there are times when I've not been happy with the service I've received there. Nonetheless, because Scott came on board I have been extremely pleased with my treatment within the service department. I find Scott to be polite, extremely customer service oriented, and honest. I can count on his word. If he gives me an estimate, I know that it really is accurate and I will not get any surprises when I come to pick up my car. Scott is the reason I'm still a customer of Honda of Greeley. I also need to put in a great word for Tom, the shuttle driver. He is often quite professional and courteous, and I've utilized his services a lot of times when I have come to get my car worked on.
